Welcome to Squaw Valley
no, not that Squaw Valley
this is the real Squaw Valley, the original Squaw Valley. You won't find any fancy ski chalets listed here and we don't give free lift tickets with every purchase. What you will find is one of the prettiest spots in all of California and some of the very lowest land and home prices in California. And
what you will also find are some of the nicest people in the state
people that share a common interest in living at a slower pace, living a rural lifestyle that offers privacy, elbow room, and the opportunity to enjoy 4 real seasons.
The real Squaw Valley is a rural foothill area located 30 miles east of Fresno just minutes from Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Parks. Elevations range from 1,700 feet to 3,200 feet in the 400 square miles that make up Squaw Valley, so you dont get near as much heat or smog as you do on the San Joaquin Valley floor. You also dont get much of the valleys other famous weather phenomenon, FOG. Yep
were above the fog line and below the permanent snow line, so our winters are downright gorgeous. SO
if you are looking for a great place to live that offers a quiet rural lifestyle and gives you and your children some room to roam, and, if you can live in a place that doesnt have a mall or shopping center on every corner (heck, we dont even have a corner), then you have come to the right website because this is the REAL Squaw Valley. Nope, we dont have any fancy ski resorts, gambling casinos, mansions, or 4-lane traffic jams but, we dont have any fancy prices either. Check out our site
well tell you about our area and well show you some great buys and well give you some straight talk
we are the oldest local realty
staffed by the people who will be your neighbors and
WE KNOW THIS MOUNTAIN. We dont do fancy, but we do love our mountain and we would like to share it with you.
Servicing Wonder Valley, Squaw Valley, Dunlap, Miramonte, Pinehurst, Badger, Wilsonia, Hume Lake, and National Forest areas since 1976. We only work in the mountain areas, we don't do the valley.
