The oversize 2 car garage has storage above and 220 power and stairway access to the living room. For additional storage there is a 12x16 wood storage building. The home has forced air heating. With the 3,000 foot elevation, a/c wasn't necessary and cooling is by a large evaporative unit and that saves Bucks!!

As with all properties, there are a few minuses to go over...the redwood deck could use some work to the railings and steps (it is a little tired). The carpets are high quality, but could use a deep cleaning. The home has just been repainted but it does need a couple of minor siding repairs. The owner had always planned for an elegant landscaped walkway up to the front entry but never got the time to put it in so this area will need some finishing (a great chance to put your own personality into the character of the home). The electric openers in the garage need some repair and the garage floor could use a good cleaning...there are some stains and smell from cats. As we have said, the home is very, very secluded. The owner deliberately allowed the surrounding vegetation to stay very dense to enhance the privacy. The views could even be grander with some thinning of this vegetation...and with no loss of seclusion from the road. Finally, the property is completely fenced but the roadside wood rail fencing needs some attention. The balance of the fencing is in good condition. All in all, these are relatively minor blemishes to an overall terrific property.
