On clear days you can see all the way to the Coast Range and you won't believe the spectacular sunsets. In winter, when the fog covers the valley, it's like looking over the ocean. The elevation is about 2,750 feet so you will have cooler temps in the summer(it gets a great breeze) and you will get occasional snow(4-6 inches is typical) in the winter.

As always, I tell you about any negatives. This property doesn't have many. The location is about 8 miles from Hwy 180 and part of the road to the property is pretty curvy. On the rare days that it does snow, you may be delayed a few hours if you only have a 2 wheel drive(the solution to this is rather obvious).

So there you have it... a really nice property in a very serene and private setting with a well and building pad already in. All it needs a new owner to soak in that spectacular view. The pictures just don't do it justice.
