How about any negatives? There aren't many. The owners put their focus on equipping the home as completely as possible. Their final plan was to complete the kitchen and baths with custom granite counters but budget constraints necessitated going with Formica... very tasteful but not quite to the level of the rest of the home. The home has a front patio to enjoy the western views but the planned trellis cover was never completed. The home does have a complete automatic sprinkler system but it does need some repairs. Property location is about 10 miles from the highway, so commute sensitive buyers will have a little longer travel time to town. The roads, however, are very nice and it is a small price to pay for such a brilliant setting with so many quality features.
