This hillside parcel has fairly gentle slopes along the road and then rises up to and over a ridgeline in the back. It has been improved with a drive and two pads.

One of the pads is about half way up the hill and the second is at the top of the property where it has a commanding western and southern view. The lower portion of the property does have some good useable area and a nice coverage of trees. This isn't a high end lot but it is well priced considering the improvements. Power and telephone are at the property line.

Downsides? The property is on Deerbrook which is paved but pretty rough in places. The pads and drive are not in finished condition and a tree has fallen on the road leading to the second pad at the top of the ridge. The drive to the second pad is fairly steep.

This is a pretty nice property. The area is very quiet and it has nice seclusion. The views from the upper pad are excellent. AND... the seller is willing to consider carrying paper.
