How about any negatives? The property's cul-de-sac location is about 9 miles from the highway so commute time to the valley will be a bit longer. The property elevation is about 2,200 feet, so you expect to see some occasional winter snow. 4 to 6 inches is not uncommon. At 1,056sqft, the home is a bit on the small size, but it lives larger and would be perfect for someone wanting to downsize but still have all of the amenities.
