How about any negatives? With all of the plantings comes a greater level of maintenance. This is a property where you really need to like plants and gardening. The garden areas will need some sprucing up as health issues have limited the owner's ability to keep up with the required maintenance. The home is older but well maintained and everything is operative except the trash compacter.

This really is an amazing property, unlike any other on the mountain. My real problem has been in adequately describing its features. Take my word for it... you have to see it in person.
