OK... a terrific country residence... but what about the negatives? The first one is pretty obvious... no garage. Not the end of the world, especially when you have plenty of room to add one. Some of the fencing is a bit old and could use some work plus the south line is not presently fenced but does have an electric horse tape to allow grazing. The old barn is really picturesque but needs some work. The drive up to the home is paved but does need some work.
