As always, we tell you about any negatives. This property only has a couple of minor ones. The ranch in the back of the property has an easement road access to their property along the southern boundary of the property. It is rarely used and has virtually no impact on this property. A side benefit of that road is that it provides you with easy access to that back pasture area. That ranch area brings us to issue number two. This is a very rural area and that ranch has a native population of wild hogs. The owners installed the compound fencing to prevent the hogs from being able to get the property's primary use area. It was their solution to being able to live in harmony with the native wildlife and it was a good one. Finally, there is no dishwasher. When they designed the home, the owners didn't see a need for one. There is, however, plenty of room to put one in.
