The property is in 2 lots that total just under 1/4 acre. A tributary of Mill Creek flows through the rear of the property. At this elevation, it is nearly year round in many years. The whole environment gives you the feel of a cabin property, but, instead, there is an older 1973 2br2ba manufactured home with 1,120sqft that is in pretty good condition... not fancy but nicely maintained. There is also a nice 2 car sized garage and additional storage buildings plus a really neat natural rock fish pond in the backyard area. The back yard is fenced front the front and is a great place to just kick back and relax. Like I said, this is a neat place to just get way.

Negatives? Elevation is about 3,500 feet so you will get some winter snow on occasions. The road up to Miramonte is paved and well maintained but is very curvy, not a road you are going to speed on, but fun if you have a motorcycle. The property is very small, but everything you need is there and you do have a nice sense of privacy.

This is a really cute place and you certainly can't beat the price. It is, however, a cash only purchase.
