This really is a neat parcel. The pad where the manufactured home is sited is quite large, easily big enough for any home that you might want to build and the lower portion of the property has nice terrain. While the home looks okay in the picture, we consider it to be of no value because the costs to repair it wouldn't justify the expenditure. Better to move in or build something new and just enjoy the awesome views. For someone with the money to spend and wanting a truly million dollar view, the building site at the top of the property absolutely meets the definition of "one-of-a-kind" view. It is breathtaking. It will take some $'s to build a road to the top but the end result would be absolutely worth it. And, you could keep the lower site for a shop, put in guest quarters, or have a second home.

As always, we talk about the negatives. This property doesn't have many. It's in an excellent area and close to Hwy 180. The key negative is the old mobile which should be demolished. It is a hillside parcel so useable area is somewhat limited but it should be fine for grazing and there is no brush.

There are very few properties left that are reasonably priced with the ability to provide a truly memorable homesite affording views of both the High Sierra's and the San Joaquin Valley AND have easy access to the valley. Come take a look... this one is special.
