As always, we tell you about any negatives. This property doesn't have many. The road up to the property from Hwy 180, Ruth Hill, has a very curvy section of about a mile. It is, however, well maintained and used by the school buses. The higher elevation does mean occasional snowfall which might be a bit of a negative for some. There is currently a tenant in the home but they are already in the process of relocating. Finally, there is some cross use of property between the two owners that is very minor in nature. Info on that will be provided to a serious buyer.

This really is a great property in a nice section of Squaw Valley. You will enjoy true serenity in a very secluded setting while having a very functional and useable property.
