How about any negatives? The hillside terrain gives terrific views but there is not a lot of extra usable land. There is enough for a garden and a shop but not much more. The road to the property is paved but is a bit rough in sections. There is a leased solar system that we don't yet have full particulars on.

If you are looking for a very spacious and comfortable home with privacy and views, this is a good possibility. If you need an easy commute to the valley, this home certainly fits the bill.
