The kitchen features canned lighting and drop fixtures for the breakfast bar. Off of the kitchen is a large utility room with extra storage space and room for a freezer and the tankless hot water heater that provides efficient and endless hot water for the home. The great room, kitchen, and utility room all have neat wood plank flooring. The utility room, each of the bedrooms, and the bathrooms all have the tube skylights (there are 12 in all). The two off bedrooms are isolated from the master suite. The master suite is simply gorgeous. It features a large sitting area with French doors to the patio and a large walk-in closet. The master bath has a large deep soak spa tub, double lav sinks, plus an oversize walk in shower.

This is a really nice property. The parcel is 5.11 acres in an ultra-private upslope hillside setting. None of the improvements can be seen from the road. There are two small pad areas along the drive leading up to the home, then the huge main pad for the home. There is an additional large pad above the main house pad. The well is on one of the lower pads and water is piped up to a 2,500 gallon storage tank with booster pump and pressure system on the house pad level. The main pad is extremely large and open. There is a nice carport alongside the home and an even larger RV carport in the rear of the home. The views from any spot on the main house pad are spectacular and you have complete and total seclusion from the neighboring parcels. You are the highest home in the area.

How about the negatives? Location is a ways off of Hwy 180, so commute time to the valley is a bit longer. It is a hillside parcel, so it doesn't have a huge amount of extra usable land but there is plenty for additional outbuildings and gardening areas. The landscape around the home is pretty sparse, but that gives you the opportunity to put in your own finishing touches. Finally, it does have the two carports, but there is no garage. There is, however, ample room for one on the main pad.

This is one of the classiest homes on the mountain. You can't help but be taken by its unique design and wealth of upgrade features. The property itself is also uniquely special.
