How about the negatives? Not a lot bad to say about this one. It doesn't have a garage. Most of the land is pretty decent but there are a lot of rock outcrops in places. The drive into the home is gravel but is not steep and is fine for 2 wheel drive.

This is a really nicely done remodel. It feels much more like a site-built home than a manufactured. It shows extremely well. It is vacant and ready for immediate occupancy. FHA or VA financing should not be a problem on this property.
