The second home is on the lower level of the property. This is the original home for the property. It was probably built in the late 40's or early 50's. It's 2br1ba with a large living room with fireplace and open kitchen plus a screened in service porch and covered front patio. This home is around 1,000 square feet. The real focal point of the lower level is the 30x60 pole barn that has a large storage room, stalls, and lots of room for hay storage. There's also a 36 foot round pen and a 100 foot by 200 foot chain link fenced arena area.

As you can see, this property has a ton of positives but we call it a "fixer" for a reason. The manufactured home is in very decent condition but does need some work. All of the floor coverings have been removed to bare wood. Condition of the heating and air conditioning system is unknown. The front deck is nice but does need some repair. The home does not have a seismic foundation. The lower home needs quite a bit of work to floors, roof, etc.. It is a real fixer but it does have promise. The property has 2 wells and both are in operating condition, but both will need piping repairs or replacement from the wells to the homes. The entire perimeter of the property is fenced but will require some repair in places. This is an estate type sale and the sellers are offering the property in its present condition without repair.

All of the above being said, this is an absolutely beautiful property and somebody is going to end up with a unique piece of land that has a ton of inherent value. The complete privacy and total serenity of the setting is very unique. This is one that you have to visit to experience. You will immediately see all of the possibilities and the value. It is priced to sell quickly but you need to have some $$'s to play the game. But, don't be the second person to see it. That will probably be too late.
