As always, I tell you about any negatives. That's going to be difficult in this case. The only thing is that the location is a ways back off of the highway so commute time to town will be a bit longer.

This is a very unique and special property that I haven't done full justice to. It has just about everything you could think of and the quality of the workmanship and pride of ownership really stands out. The privacy and serenity of this property is stunning.
