Any negatives? Not really. The home is in excellent condition but there are a couple of very minor repair issues in the garage that the seller will address. Elevation is at about 2,200 feet, so you can expect some occasional winter snow, but rarely more than 4-6 inches.
This really is an attractive property. It has great privacy. The home is located in the front third of the property and, for someone wanting an additional residence, there is a great site in the back of the property for a second home that would have a great western view overlooking the entire valley. This is an estate sale and the property has been priced to move quickly. This one is well worth showing to your budget conscious buyers.
