The hillside setting of the home provides excellent privacy from the neighbors and the views are simply fantastic. You will be treated to some amazing western sunsets.

Any negatives? Very few on this property. The hillside terrain does limit the amount of usable land area but there is plenty for most rural residential uses. Location is about the midpoint of Squaw Valley so commute time to the valley is a bit longer than the norm. Elevation is at 2,000 feet so you may get snow a couple of times in the winter (2-4 inches is not uncommon). This is an estate sale and there were a few very minor items that were not completed for the remodeling which will be taken care of prior to close of escrow.

This is an excellent offering that is well priced and well maintained for someone wanting privacy and views but not needing lots of extra usable land area. One final note - the price is very firm.
