You can see numerous cities at night and the Coast Range, over 100 miles away, in the distance. The sunsets are truly unique and you won't believe the views on the 4th of July. Like fireworks? You'll have a dozen shows to watch. And, just wait until you get the chance to watch a thunderstorm as it moves across the valley. Then there are the winter views when the San Joaquin Valley is shrouded in fog. You'll feel like you are looking over the ocean with the Coast Range in the distance. Wow! The property elevation is just under 3,000 feet, so it is cooler in summer with nice breezes in the afternoon and you can expect occasional snow in the winter (not a lot, 4-6 inches three or four times is the norm).

What about the negatives? Can't say much bad about this one. Travel time to the valley will be a bit longer than the norm. The snow may be a bit of an inconvenience when it does occur but it will only be for a few hours and a 4WD eliminates even that. Much of the land is very sloped and usable only for grazing but that is what creates its unique views and privacy. However, there is plenty of space for most uses you might have in mind.

While the pictures can give you a good idea of the uniqueness of this property, you really have to see it to get the full effect. The price is absolutely set in concrete.
