Any negatives? Cougar Lane is paved but a bit rough in places. Building a drive way down to the bench area will cost a bit more than the norm but not significantly.

The views and the natural privacy of this property are very appealing. Its close proximity to Hwy 180 insures a very easy commute to the valley. Take the time to walk the property and compare it to other similarly priced parcels. The inherent value will be easy to see.
