They have used the property for chickens, ducks, pigs, and other animals, so some cleanup is needed.

Again, this isn't a fancy property but it is very functional and most of the hard work has been done. With power and well already in, it is certainly a lower cost alternative for someone on a budget. AND, the seller is willing to carry paper for a qualified buyer. You won't find a better value for the price anywhere on the mountain.
