How about the negatives? This is a rugged property that does not have a lot of usable land. It will taken some creativity on your part. The nearest electrical service is about 1/4 mile, so "off grid" is probably the way to go. The drive up to the pad is rough but usable. In its present state, I would recommend 4 wheel drive.

This is, by far, the lowest priced property on the market with a good functioning well, septic, pad, and drive. It has tremendous privacy and really excellent views.
