As you can see, this is a rugged and secluded property. This property has absolute privacy. The drive winds its way up the mountain to a nice pad that has a terrific panoramic view of the surrounding area. The owner had a well drilled that came in at 20gpm and a septic system installed which gives you the basic ingredients for a self sufficient site. The well has a new pump and has been set up to run on a generator. Water can be pumped up to the 2500 gallon storage tank that has been set up on the hillside above the pad to provide gravity flow. The small building on the pad is a bathroom, rough but functional. The property is mostly southeast facing making it very suitable for solar. Electricity could be provided by either generator or solar, allowing you to be totally off the grid.

How about the negatives? This is a rugged property that does not have a lot of usable land. It will taken some creativity on your part. The nearest electrical service is about 1/4 mile, so "off grid" is probably the way to go. The drive up to the pad is rough but usable. In its present state, I would recommend 4 wheel drive.

This is, by far, the lowest priced property on the market with a good functioning well, septic, pad, and drive. It has tremendous privacy and really excellent views. This isn't a property that would interest most people, but it just might be the ticket for the rugged individual looking to do their own thing and wanting complete privacy. The seller will consider carrying paper for a qualified buyer with an acceptable down payment.
