Finally, as most true view lots are, this is a hillside lot so development expenses will be somewhat higher than the norm and well depths will probably be deeper than the average for the overall Squaw Valley area. The initial portion of the drive in is shared with the adjacent lot but it does not impact either property's use or privacy.

Notwithstanding the relative minor negatives, this is a very unique lot that must be seen to understand how special it really is. Additionally, the adjacent lot that shares the first portion of the drive is also available, at $50,000, giving you the chance to get 10 magnificent acres of privacy and beauty. The adjacent lot has views that are almost as nice and has quite a bit more useable ground...bring your best friend along and they can build right next door!
