The land is nearly level in front with very lightly rolling terrain in the back. There is plenty of room for virtually any use you might have in mind. The home has double entry doors with a wide tiled entry hall leading to a large step down living room with natural rock wall fireplace. While the overall floor plan concept is great room, there is a defined separation between the living room area and kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is very open and the dining area has a brick corner fireplace designed for a pellet stove. All of the living areas have Spanish style tile floors. There are double patio doors out of the kitchen, the living room, and one of the bedrooms. Off the living room is a large concrete patio. The attached oversize two car garage has an entry to the dining area. Three of the bedrooms have carpet and one has wood floors and all have ceiling fans.

How about the negatives? As the price indicates, there is definitely some work needed. The exterior of the home has been recently painted with the exception of the garage doors. The bedroom carpets need to be replaced. The master bathroom needs some finish work in the tiled shower and needs a new toilet. The kitchen cabinets needs some attention and there are several other minor items that need some repair. The washer/dryer was designed to be at one corner of the kitchen and a buyer may want to relocate that to the garage. The land will need some cleaning up as well.

While this is an "as-is" sale, this property has a lot going for it... terrific privacy, excellent land, and a solid home. It is certainly well worth taking a look at.
