For starters, it has two seasonal creeks... one at the front of the property and one in the back. Underneath the dense foliage there is some pretty darn good terrain between the two creeks. And this lot is in a good water area. There are numerous lots upstream and downstream from the property that have excellent wells... not real deep and very productive. Some are even artesian. There's another reason I say that this is a good water area... it has an active spring that is still producing nicely, even in this extended drought period. Less than $5,000.

There you have it. This one is a real sleeper and it won't be here long. A good piece of land with outstanding privacy, decent terrain, excellent water area, active spring, and two seasonal streams. It fronts on a county road with power and telephone at the property line.

AND... the seller is willing to consider carrying paper for a qualified buyer.
