How about any negatives? The home is a little close to the street but it is nicely elevated and there is little traffic. In addition, with no nearby neighbors you still enjoy a great sense of privacy. The home has been very well maintained but the carpets could use a good cleaning. The home is not on permanent foundation at this time but the owners will install one and the home can qualify for FHA or VA financing. The owners are elderly and there is a bit of deferred yard maintenance.
