As always, I tell you about any negatives. There aren't many. The back yard could use some finishing touches on the landscaping but just think of that as your personal canvas to paint. The owners have put in a significant amount of pipe rail fencing but it is still a work in progress. The entire property is fenced and cross-fenced but several areas are field fenced. There's your negatives.

This is a truly awesome property... meticulously maintained, loaded with features, and a premier location close to HWY 180 for an easy commute to town.
