This is a hillside parcel so there isn't a lot of useable land. The pad area is quite large and there is one nice bench that could be leveled for a shop or barn site. The view is exceptionally nice.

How about the negatives? Clearview Lane is paved but is pretty rough in places. The well is a bit on the low side but there is a 2,500 gallon storage system. The home is generally in very good shape but the carpets probably need to be replaced and it could use some touchup here and there. The land is fairly rugged. It's a pretty parcel but not very useable. Plenty of room for basics like a garden and such but not a spot for lots of outbuildings.

This would be a nice property for someone looking for a quiet rural lifestyle but not wanting to do a lot with the land other than having plenty of privacy and insulation from the neighbors. The price is certainly right and it can go FHA or VA.
