How about the downsides? It does have a Homeowner's Association but, in this case, it has minimal dues and minimal impact on the residents. And... you get access to lots of riding trails and, of course, the lake where you can take the kids fishing. It is 20 miles from town but the roads are in great shape and you get the benefit of a quiet rural lifestyle.

If you are into horses or just want a tranquil environment away from hectic city turmoil to live in, this is a great opportunity to look at.
