This is a very scenic and private parcel. It doesn't have a lot of extra useable area but there is plenty of area for a shop and areas to plant. A dirt road has been built to the lower area of the property along the creek and there is a very sturdy 20x24 steel structure on a concrete pad to provide a place to enjoy "BBQ"ing and family functions. It's a great spot to commune with nature.

How about the negatives? The creek environment means more wildlife... raccoons, fox, bobcat, deer, raptors, etc. are plentiful. Of course, many people won't see that as a negative. Much of the creek area is overgrown but a good cleanup will make it into a natural park. The home has a rock hearth and had, at one time, a nice wood stove. That has been removed. Given all of the wood on the property, it would be nice to have it back. The deck is solid but could use some refinishing. There isn't any landscaping, except what is naturally here. Of course, that means you have a blank canvas to work with.

This truly is a unique property... the privacy and serenity of the creek-front setting is something to be seen. Even though the creek is dry now, you will easily sense what happens here when you add in the sounds of a rushing stream... surreal is the word.
