How about the negatives? It's quite a list. The old cabin is a wreck. The well probably needs a pump. The top of the electric service pole went to war with the woodpeckers and lost. There is a septic...somewhere. A lot of the barn is in good shape but what's bad is bad. It also comes with more than a little debris. And, it is a hillside parcel with lots of rock and not a lot of useable land.

On the other hand, it is the lowest priced fully improved parcel on the mountain and the seller will carry paper. Plus, there are lots of buyers for old wood for decorating. Don't let my comments discourage you too much. Like I said, it does have some possibilities.
