How about the negatives? There isn't much to say that could be viewed as a negative. Location is at the southern portion of Squaw Valley so it is a ways off of Highway 180 (about 8 miles) but the roads are in great shape.

As you can probably tell, I really like this parcel. It has great character and the potential of being a singularly unique rural residence. It is highly suitable for both animal and farming uses with room for all of the outbuildings you might have in mind. And, the owner is willing to consider carrying paper for a qualified buyer. He is, however, very firm on his price (with good reason).

Don't let the pictures fool you. They make this property seem very average. It isn't, it just doesn't photograph well. This really is one you have to put feet on. When you do, you will discover what I did. This property has a natural aura that calls to you.
