Below the home there is a large combo-shop area with open air and fully enclosed sections. The land is a combination of open pasture areas, large oaks, a host of native redbud trees, manzanitas, and buckeyes, plus some areas of thickets and brush.

The smaller parcel, also with no-climb fencing, has an old single wide mobile that has been used for storage, plus a large poultry enclosure. This parcel has its own well, septic, and separate electrical service plus its own address. The mobile could be "rehab"ed or you could bring in something new and have as a guest house or rental.

The land is really nice. You have great views and awesome privacy. This could be a great second home or vacation getaway. It also has everything you need for a family farm. Elevation is about 3,500 feet so it will be cooler in the summer and you will get occasional snow in the winter.

How about any negatives? Buck Canyon Road is mostly dirt and gravel and the property is about a mile in. It is in good condition. Both properties are being sold together, so financing will be a little more difficult (conventional only). Each parcel has its own well. They are not high producers but each property does have a large storage tank. There is some finish work needed in the home but it is very minor and cosmetic in nature.

This is one that really must be seen to see how nice it is. Showings are by appointment only and the seller will not carry paper. One more thing - the price is absolutely firm.
