How about any negatives? Not much negative to say on this one. The landscape irrigation system will need a bit of repair. Only the main home area has been developed and the property is not fenced. On the other hand, that provides the new owner with a blank canvas to fill in as they wish.

This might very well be the nicest manufactured home on the mountain. It is in excellent condition and is located in one of the nicest parts of Squaw Valley. It offers gracious living, terrific views, and easy access to Hwy 180. The pictures are nice but it shows even better in person.
