Downsides? Not many...like many view lots, the property doesn't have a huge amount of usable ground. The location is a ways off the highway but the roads are very good and travel time to the valley is about 45-50 minutes. The kitchen is a bit dated with the ceramic tile counters but everything has been very well maintained. The laundry is in the kitchen but it has a separate cabinet area next to the entrance into the garage.

Check this one out, folks...at $285,000, you won't find anything even half as nice within $30,000 of this home. This true custom country home will fit you like a glove.
