The lot is a hillside parcel. It's a great lot with many unique features. Most of it is fenced for animals and there are several spots for additional outbuildings. There are plenty of mature oaks and buckeye trees and the property has excellent western views. It is hillside property but it is very walk-able. There are numerous massive rock outcroppings and, if you look close, you'll see some Indian grinding holes. Why? Perhaps due to the spring in the creek that flows through the property. The creek never stops flowing in the summer. And, check out the old water wheel. Needs some work but it's pretty cool. The Indians always knew the best places to stay. Additionally, well is an excellent 20gpm.

How about any negatives? Location is about 8 miles from Hwy 180, so commute time to the valley is a bit longer. The carpets are okay but not terrific. The landscaping is very nice but a bit overgrown and it needs some attention. Parking by the house is somewhat cramped but there is a lower level off of the drive that provides additional area to park.
