As always, I tell you about any negatives. The higher elevation means you can expect an occasional winter snowfall (4-6 inches is not uncommon). Of course, that also means you will have cooler temperatures in the summer and the ridgetop setting provides nice afternoon breezes. The front portion of the property has major power lines running through but they are not in the sight line of the views. Much of the property is hillside but there is ample room for garden areas and outbuildings.

This isn't the right property if you are looking for lots of usable land. It is the right property if you want world class views and complete seclusion and privacy.
