How about any negatives? Not much to say. About the only negative is the lack of a garage but with the large paved area that is not a big issue and there is plenty of room to add a garage or shop. The home does not have a lot of landscaping but that provides a great opportunity for you to paint your own canvas. The owner is a disabled Veteran that has not been able to do much with the landscaping.

This is a terrific property that is in excellent move in condition. The home has a great open floor plan that is light and airy and very functional. A lot of thought went into both the interior and exterior layouts and the result is a very warm and inviting rural residential property. You will appreciate its road side presence.
