How about the negatives? The biggest is probably the road. It is paved but in rough condition. Location is about 6 miles south of the highway, so commute time to town is a bit longer but the roads are good. The owners are working to clean up the miscellaneous debris. They have used the property for chickens, ducks, pigs, and other animals, so some cleanup is needed.

Again, this isn't a fancy property but it is very functional and most of the hard work has been done. With power and well already in, it is certainly a lower cost alternative for someone on a budget. AND, the seller is willing to carry paper for a qualified buyer. You won't find a better value for the price anywhere on the mountain.
