This property will get an occasional snowfall in winter (2-4 inches is not uncommon) but you will also have cooler temperatures in the summer. The sellers elected to utilize window air units in separate rooms rather than air condition the entire home. It is a very functional and cost efficient solution but, if desired, the forced air heating system was designed to have a cooling component added for whole house air conditioning. The carpets are in good condition but do show some wear.
