Any negatives? Not many. The cul-de-sac lane road in is paved but a bit rough in sections. Location is in southern section of Squaw Valley about 8 miles from the highway but the roads in from the highway are in great shape and there is a back way out of Squaw Valley for travel to Reedley and Visalia that is much shorter. The home is in great condition but the garage/shop has some minor deferred maintenance.

You won't find a nicer or more functionally usable piece of land anywhere on the mountain. It has terrific versatility and a very private setting. This is one those properties that just feel good when you walk on it. It has a great natural serenity. Come take a look. You won't be disappointed.
