The shack is just that, a shack. It does have a bathroom and a place to get out of the weather. There is a homemade septic for the bath but it will not be sufficient for a home.

All in all, this is a pretty darn nice property. You won't find many lots up here that already have a well and power, and you won't find any at this price. The pad area is huge and there is plenty of room for just about any use you have in mind. The hillside area is steep but will be fine for grazing. The privacy of this property is exceptional and the views are outstanding. This really is a "diamond in the rough". All of the hard, and expensive, work has been done.
