As always we talk about any negatives. The first is its isolation... this is a very remote property that takes a little work getting to. The roads are all paved but fairly narrow in places (two lane but no white line). The 4,200 foot elevation means you can expect some winter snow at times. A foot isn't uncommon and 2 feet has occurred on occasion. It does generally melt off in a few days. Of course, that elevation also means much cooler summer temps. The property owner next door is a multi-generational family and, naturally, they have accumulated years of family "treasures". A privacy fence does separate the properties and this is the only neighbor even remotely close. The home is not on permanent foundation but the owner might be receptive to installing a permanent foundation for financing purposes with a full price offer.

This is an exceptional property and a very rare bird. The home is sited well off the road but the best site overlooking the San Joaquin Valley was saved for a future permanent residence that would have a one-of-a-kind view.
