How about the negatives? The lane road off of George Smith to the property isn't paved but it is generally good condition. The mobile will require some repairs and general cleanup. There are a couple of roof leaks that need some attention. This is an estate sale and the property needs a good overall cleanup. The owners will take care of most of it but there will be some residual cleanup.

This property really is worth taking a look at. Hands down, land-wise it is one of the finest on the mountain. Don't want an old mobile?
